  • 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar beef gravy
  • 2tablespoon sliced jalapeños (11 oz)
  • 0.25teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (1-pound) bag frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
  • 3cup hot, cooked rice
