  • 2.5pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 0.5cup raisins
  • 1cup water
  • 0.5cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 0.25cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2tablespoon instant beef bouillon (3.25 oz)
  • 0.33cup cold water
  • 0.25cup all-purpose flour
  • 2tablespoon grated orange peel

Coat 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place roast in slow cooker. Arrange sweet potatoes and onion around and on top of roast. Sprinkle with raisins. Step 2
