  • 1.5pound small red potatoes (about 8), cut into quarters
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 2cup baby-cut carrots
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 cup)
  • 1 (1-ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 0.5teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (12-ounce) can cola carbonated beverage (not diet)
  • 0.33cup cold water
  • 0.25cup all-purpose flour

Coat 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, layer roast, potatoes, onion, carrots and celery. Sprinkle with soup mix and pepper.  Step 2
