Ingredients:

  • 1pound Sutton & Dodge® Strip Steaks
  • 2tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (1-pound) bag frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions
  • 0.5cup frozen or canned whole kernel corn
  • 1cup thick & chunky salsa medium (16 oz)
  • 1tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 2tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3cup hot, cooked rice
  • 0.5cup finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 0.5cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Cut steak into 1/8-inch-thick slices. In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook, stirring constantly, 5 to 6 minutes or until steak is browned. Remove steak from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.  Carefully add stir-fry vegetables and corn.  Cook and stir 1 minute. Cover; cook, stirring once, 2 to 3 minutes longer or until just thawed.  Step 2
