Grilled Ribeye Steak with Garlic Pepper Herb Rub
Buy Sutton & Dodge® Ribeye Steak.
In small bowl, stir together garlic powder, pepper, thyme, paprika and oil.
Rub all surfaces of steak with herb mixture. Let stand 30 minutes or up to 2 hours (refrigerate if longer than 30 minutes).
Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steaks on grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve steak with grilled asparagus.
