Chuck Tender Steaks with Mushrooms and Steak Sauce

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned.
Turn steaks over; add onion to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until steaks are browned and onion is tender. Stir in mushrooms.
In small bowl, whisk together water, steak sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over steaks and onion. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until steaks are tender and sauce is thickened.
