  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5cup chopped onion
  • 1.5teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.75cup ketchup
  • 0.5cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.25cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1.5teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 sandwich buns, split

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Turn steaks. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 to 7 minutes longer or until steaks are brown and onion and garlic are tender. Step 2
