Steak Sandwiches with Homemade BBQ Sauce

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Turn steaks. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 to 7 minutes longer or until steaks are brown and onion and garlic are tender.
In small bowl, stir together ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; pour over steaks. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes or until steaks are tender and sauce is thickened.
Serve steaks and sauce on buns.
