  • 2tablespoon Kalamata pitted olives (6 oz), finely chopped
  • 2tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 0.5teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 0.25teaspoon salt

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak, pepper and salt. Let stand 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. (If refrigerated, let come to room temperature before serving.) Step 2
