Grilled Strip Steak with Lemon Pepper Chive Butter
Buy Sutton & Dodge® Strip Steaks.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks and salt until well blended. Let stand 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. (If refrigerated, let come to room temperature before serving).
Sprinkle all surfaces of steak with salt. Let stand 30 minutes.
Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steaks on grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Top steak with butter mixture.
