  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® Strip Steaks
  • 2tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 0.25teaspoon salt

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and salt; mix well. Let stand 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. (If refrigerated, let come to room temperature before serving.) Step 2

Sprinkle all surfaces of steak with salt. Let stand 30 minutes. Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack.  Place steak on grill; cover. Grill, turning once, 9 to 11 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F). Let stand 5 minutes. Step 3
