Five-Spice Tri-Tip Roast with Pineapple Sauce

In small bowl, stir together oil, five-spice powder and salt. Rub roast with oil mixture. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Heat oven to 425°F. Coat roasting pan and rack with cooking spray. Place roast on rack in pan. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Meanwhile, in small saucepan, stir together sweet-and-sour sauce and pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Cut roast into thin slices; serve with sauce.
Serve tri-tip roast with stir-fried vegetables.
