  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® Sirloin Tri-Tip Roast (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
  • 1tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1tablespoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 0.5cup sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 1can crushed pineapple in juice, drained

In small bowl, stir together oil, five-spice powder and salt. Rub roast with oil mixture.  Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Step 2

Heat oven to 425°F. Coat roasting pan and rack with cooking spray. Place roast on rack in pan. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Meanwhile, in small saucepan, stir together sweet-and-sour sauce and pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Step 3
