Sirloin Steaks with Creamy Herb Sauce

In small bowl, stir together garlic, bouillon, pepper, oregano and basil.
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steaks; cook, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Remove steaks from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add water to skillet; stir, scraping up browned bits. Stir in garlic mixture. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in cream; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; boil gently, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes longer or until slightly thickened and reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in parsley.
Serve steaks with cream sauce.
