  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5teaspoon instant beef bouillon (3.25 oz)
  • 0.5teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
  • 0.25teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 0.25teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.25cup water
  • 0.66cup whipping cream
  • 2tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steaks; cook, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Remove steaks from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add water to skillet; stir, scraping up browned bits. Stir in garlic mixture. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in cream; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; boil gently, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes longer or until slightly thickened and reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in parsley. Step 3
