Beef and Onion French Dip Sandwiches
Buy Sutton & Dodge® Top Round Roast.
Coat 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place roast in slow cooker; arrange onions around and over roast. In small bowl, stir together water, soup mix and pepper; pour over roast. Cover; cook on LOW setting 6 to 8 hours or until roast is tender.
Remove roast and onions from slow cooker. With fork, coarsely shred roast.
Fill buns evenly with shredded roast and onions; serve with broth from slow cooker for dipping.
