Ingredients:

  • 1pound Sutton & Dodge® Top Round Steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1can stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1package fajita seasoning mix (1.35 oz)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 0.25cup cold water
  • 2tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4cup hot, cooked rice
  • 0.5cup sour cream

Coat 3-to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add steak and onion to slow cooker. In small bowl, stir together tomatoes and fajita seasoning; pour over steak and onion. Top with bell peppers. Cover; cook on LOW setting 6 to 7 hours or until beef is tender. In small bowl, whisk together cold water and flour; stir into steak mixture. Cook covered on HIGH setting 15 minutes longer or until thickened. Step 2
