  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® London Broil (1 to 1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1cup mild olive oil
  • 0.5cup red wine vinegar
  • 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 0.5teaspoon salt
  • 0.5teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges

In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, basil, salt, black pepper and onion powder; set aside 3/4 cup for marinating London Broil. Prick London Broil every inch with fork. In recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine London Broil and 3/4 cup vinaigrette; seal. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 6 to 24 hours. Step 2
