London Broil with Grilled Vegetable Kabobs

In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, basil, salt, black pepper and onion powder; set aside 3/4 cup for marinating London Broil. Prick London Broil every inch with fork. In recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine London Broil and 3/4 cup vinaigrette; seal. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 6 to 24 hours.
Prepare grill for direct medium heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Alternately thread bell peppers and onion onto 4 (12-inch) metal skewers. Brush with 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
Lightly oil grill rack. Remove London Broil from marinade; discard marinade. Place London Broil on grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 26 to 30 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grill kabobs covered, turning once, 15 to 17 minutes or until vegetables are crisply-tender. Cut London Broil into thin slices.
Serve London Broil and vegetables drizzled with remaining vinaigrette.
