Italian Eye of Round Steaks with Parmesan and Mozzarella

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook in two batches 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from skillet.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
Add steaks, nestling them in sauce. Cover; reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 65 to 75 minutes or until steaks are tender. Sprinkle steaks with cheeses; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
Serve steaks with sautéed sliced zucchini.
