Ingredients:

  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® Brisket (2 3/4 to 3 pounds), Trimmed Flat, or similar cut
  • 1.5cup ketchup
  • 0.25cup cider vinegar
  • 0.25cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 0.25teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1cup chopped onion

Heat oven to 325°F. Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Trim fat from brisket; place brisket in baking pan. In medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, liquid smoke and celery seeds until smooth. Stir in onion. Step 2
