  • 1.25pound Sutton & Dodge® Cube Steaks
  • 0.33cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 0.25cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 0.25teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25teaspoon pepper
  • 2tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (25-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 4cup hot, cooked ziti, penne or rotini

In pie pan, stir together breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons cheese, the Italian seasoning and pepper. Coat cube steaks with crumb mixture, pressing crumbs into steaks. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks. Cook, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.  Step 2
