  • 1.25pound Sutton & Dodge® Beef Chuck Eye Steaks
  • 1tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.25cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25cup fresh lime juice
  • 1tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon ground cumin

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except steaks. Step 2

In recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine steaks and marinade; seal. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 2 to 4 hours. Step 3

Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source.  Lightly oil grill rack. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grill; cover. Grill, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Step 4
