Caribbean T-Bone Steaks with Peach Salsa
Buy Sutton & Dodge® T-Bone Steaks.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except steak and jerk seasoning.
Rub all surfaces of steaks with jerk seasoning.
Prepare grill for direct medium-high; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steaks on grill; cover. Grill, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve steaks with salsa.
