  • 2cup chopped fresh or frozen peach slices, thawed and drained if frozen
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.25cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.25cup peach or apricot preserves
  • 2tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1teaspoon finely chopped peeled gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25teaspoon salt
  • 2teaspoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
