Tenderloin Steak with Cognac-Dijon Cream Sauce

Heat broiler. Rub surfaces of steaks with 2 teaspoons steak seasoning. Place steaks on broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat source, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked (165°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together cream, Cognac, mustard, tomato paste, remaining 1 teaspoon steak seasoning and the bouillon until smooth.
In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, 30 seconds or until garlic is tender but not brown. Stir in cream mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring frequently, 2 minutes longer. Stir in parsley.
Serve steaks with sauce.
