  • 0.5cup whipping cream
  • 2tablespoon Cognac, brandy or water
  • 2tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.25teaspoon instant beef bouillon (3.25 oz)
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.25cup finely chopped fresh parsley
