Ingredients:

  • 1.25pound Sutton & Dodge® Chuck Steaks, cut into thin strips
  • 1 (1.35-ounce) package fajita beef seasoning
  • 1cup salsa casera (16 oz)
  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2cup assorted bell pepper strips (such as green, yellow and red)
  • 1medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1package flour tortillas soft taco size, 8-inch

In a large food storage bag, place steak, fajita seasoning and salsa casera. Step 2

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.  Remove steak from marinade (discard marinade) and add steak to skillet.  Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes.  Add bell peppers and onion. Step 3
