  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® Chuck Roast (2 to 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1package taco seasoning
  • 1cup salsa casera (16 oz)
  • 1package flour tortillas soft taco size, 8-inch
  • 1bag lettuce, shredded
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1can jalapeños, sliced or whole

Cut roast into large chunks and rub the outside of the pieces with taco seasoning.  Step 2

Heat a small amount of oil in a large saucepan.  Add roast and sear pieces on all sides.  Place roast in slow cooker and add salsa casera. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours until roast is fork tender. Step 3
