  • 0.25cup soy sauce
  • 2tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1tablespoon grated orange grind
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 0.5teaspoon sesame Oil

Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, orange rind, garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil in a resealable plastic bag.  Add the steaks, turning to coat with the marinade.  Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Step 2
