Chuck Steaks with Asian Orange Marinade

Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, orange rind, garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, turning to coat with the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare the grill for high direct heat, positioning the rack 5 to 6 inches from the heat source.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade. Lightly oil the grill rack. Cover and cook the steaks for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until fully cooked (165° F). Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
