Ingredients:

  • 1pound Sutton & Dodge® Beef for Sandwich Steak
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 0.5teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1 (8 slices cooked) package thick sliced bacon (16 oz)
  • 4teaspoon butter
  • 1 (4 sandwich buns) bag sandwich buns
  • 4tablespoon chipotle or plain mayonnaise
  • 1whole tomato, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 (4 lettuce leaves) package lettuce

Heat a flat griddle over medium heat.  Spread some of the butter on each cut side of the sandwich buns.  Place the bun halves, buttered side down, on the hot griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.  Spread the toasted side of the buns with the mayonnaise.  Set aside. Step 2
