Buy Sutton & Dodge® Ribeye Steaks.
Heat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH. Place garlic, sugar, seasoning and oil in small bowl. Mash with fork to form a paste. Rub evenly onto steaks.
Grill until rub is slightly charred, 5 to 7 minutes. Turnover and grill 5 to 7 minutes longer until fully cooked.
Transfer steaks to a cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
Mix mayonnaise with horseradish and Dijon mustard. Spread on cut side of dinner rolls.
Place thinly sliced grilled steak on bottom portion of each dinner roll, top with baby spinach and upper portion of dinner rolls.
