Heat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH. Place garlic, sugar, seasoning and oil in small bowl. Mash with fork to form a paste. Rub evenly onto steaks.
Grill until rub is slightly charred, 5 to 7 minutes. Turnover and grill 5 to 7 minutes longer until fully cooked.
Transfer steaks to a cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
Cut 1 head iceberg lettuce into fourths. Place 1 wedge on each plate. Top with thinly sliced grilled steak, cherry tomatoes, real bacon bits and blue cheese crumbles. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
