  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1tablespoon sugar
  • 1tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1tablespoon oil
  • 1head iceberg lettuce
  • 0.75cup cherry tomatoes, cut in pieces
  • 0.5cup real bacon bits (6 oz)
  • 1cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

Heat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH. Place garlic, sugar, seasoning and oil in small bowl. Mash with fork to form a paste. Rub evenly onto steaks. Step 2
