  • 0.25cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2teaspoon oil, divided
  • 0.5cup beef broth
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2teaspoon fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
