Balsamic Glazed Ribeye Steak
Buy Sutton & Dodge® Ribeye Steak
Combine vinegar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, 1 tsp. oil, garlic and thyme in a small bowl; set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH. Place steak in skillet. Cook 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until cooked through (160°F). Remove steak from skillet; keep warm.
Add sauce to skillet. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. Cook about 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced by half and has thickened.
To serve, spoon glaze over steaks.
