Classic Caramelized Onion Pot Roast
Buy Sutton & Dodge® Bottom Round Roast
Place onions, broth and vinegar in 3 to 4-quart slow cooker.
Add roast and sprinkle with seasonings.
Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours until roast is tender. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Oven temperatures and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
To serve, slice roast and serve with caramelized onions and au jus.
