Ingredients:

  • 4 Sutton & Dodge® Bone-In Strip Steak (about 1 lb. each)
  • 1tablespoon oil
  • 0.5teaspoon salt
  • 0.5teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5cup butter, softened
  • 1clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1tablespoon finely minced onion
  • 1tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1tablespoon bourbon or other whiskey
  • 0.5teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5teaspoon honey Dijon mustard

Make butter at least 3 hours in advance. Combine all butter ingredients (not including steak, oil, salt & black pepper) in medium bowl. Step 2

Heat broiler.  Arrange on broiling pan.  Brush both sides of steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.  Adjust oven rack so tops of steaks are 4 to 6 inches from heat. Broil 10 minutes; turn steaks over.  Broil 6 to 8 minutes longer until fully cooked. Step 4
