Ingredients:

  • 1 Sutton & Dodge® Chuck Steak (about 1 lb. each)
  • 3tablespoon butter, divided
  • 1package refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
  • 0.5teaspoon salt
  • 0.25teaspoon black pepper
  • 1package sliced mushrooms
  • 2cup baby spinach
  • 0.5cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 fried or poached eggs, if desired

Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a large nonstick skillet on MEDIUM; add potatoes, salt and pepper.  Cook until golden, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 2
